This document sets out the rules for the processing of personal data, covering: the purposes of processing, data supervision, retention periods, data recipients, user rights and the cookie policy.

Purposes of data processing and retention periods

1. Conclusion and performance of contracts

Processing covers activities aimed at preparing for the conclusion of a contract, performing the contract, handling complaints, as well as terminating the contract and archiving.

• Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR
• Retention period: Until the end of the contract, and then for 10 years to secure claims

2. Marketing of products and services

Marketing of Click-Pack’s products and services carried out via electronic communication devices, and profiling for marketing purposes.

• Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR
• Retention period: From the moment consent is given until it is withdrawn

Recipients of personal data

Access is granted solely to authorised Click-Pack employees, to the extent necessary.

Data may be disclosed to:

• Service providers (courier, IT)
• Financial institutions (e.g. PayU)
• Entities providing telecommunications services

User rights

The user has the right to:

• a) access their personal data
• b) rectify or supplement data that does not reflect the facts
• c) request erasure of data in the cases provided for by law
• d) request restriction of processing
• e) object to processing and request data portability
• f) withdraw consent for individual processing purposes at any time

In the event of an infringement of these rights, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
