Whistleblower protection

Following the entry into force of the Polish Act of 14 June 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers, which implements EU Directive 2019/1937, we hereby inform you that you may review the Procedure for internal reporting, follow-up actions and whistleblower protection at Click-Pack Sp. z o.o.

The Procedure explains:

• who a whistleblower is,
• what a whistleblower may report,
• how a whistleblower may submit a report,
• what conditions must be met for a report to be considered valid and for the reporting person to be covered by protection, and how that protection is provided.

Documents to download

Submitting a report constitutes confirmation by the whistleblower that they have read the Procedure and the rules on the processing and protection of personal data.

Clause on the protection of confidentiality of information

Click-Pack Sp. z o.o. guarantees that the internal reporting procedure and the processing of personal data connected with receiving reports prevent unauthorised persons from gaining access to the information covered by a report, and ensure the protection of the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower, of the person concerned by the report and of any third party named in the report. The protection of confidentiality covers information on the basis of which the identity of such persons can be established directly or indirectly.
