Rules of wholesale and use of the Click-Pack B2B platform.
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules of wholesale of unit packaging and the use of the B2B platform operated by Click-Pack Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: the “Seller”). The Terms and Conditions are available at click-pack.pl/regulamin.
The Terms and Conditions are addressed exclusively to business entities within the meaning of the Act of 6 March 2018 - Entrepreneurs’ Law. The Seller does not conduct B2C consumer sales.
Registration of an account on the B2B Platform requires providing:
The account is activated after verification by the sales department. Activation includes assigning the Client to the appropriate B2B price group.
Orders are placed via the B2B Platform, by email or by telephone. Every order requires confirmation by the sales department in the form of an email with the order number, specification, price and delivery date.
The contract of sale is concluded at the moment the order confirmation is received from the Seller.
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) are given on each product card. For products with an individual imprint, an MOQ of 10,000 pcs (offset) or 5,000 pcs (flexo) applies.
Prices on the B2B Platform are net prices and do not include VAT. VAT at the rate resulting from the applicable law (23%) is added to the final price.
Payment methods:
Trade credit is granted individually on the basis of financial statements, cooperation history and verification with an economic information bureau.
We deliver products within Poland and the EU via carriers (DHL, DPD, GLS) or with our own transport for large pallet orders (from 5 pallets).
The delivery cost depends on weight, volume and destination and is added to the invoice. For orders above PLN 10,000 net, delivery within Poland is free of charge.
The order lead time is stated in the order confirmation and is usually 7-14 working days for standard products and 21-35 days for products with an individual imprint.
The Client has the right to file a complaint in the event of:
Complaints must be submitted in writing to reklamacje@click-pack.pl within 7 days of receiving the goods. We examine complaints within 14 working days.
In the case of B2B contracts, the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply (Article 38a of the Consumer Rights Act).
In the case of products with an individual imprint (MTO - Made To Order), withdrawal from an order is possible only until the production of the printing plates (CTP) has begun.
In matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and of the Act on counteracting excessive delays in commercial transactions shall apply.
Disputes shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions with 30 days’ notice. Orders placed before an amendment are governed by the Terms and Conditions in the wording in force on the date the order was placed.
