The MOQ depends on the product. For standard catalogue products we set it individually, based on availability and volume. For cups and bowls with custom offset printing the minimum run is 10,000 pcs. For flexo printing on cartons we usually apply 5,000 pcs.

Standard (white) products: 7-14 working days. Products with custom printing: usually a few weeks, including the time needed to produce the tooling. For urgent orders we offer express production for a surcharge agreed individually.

Yes, but only until production starts. For products with custom printing, changes are possible until the proof is approved and the plates (CTP) are made. After that stage, any change requires cancelling the order and placing a new one.

On working days, orders placed before 2 p.m. are confirmed the same day. Orders with custom printing require artwork verification - confirmation within 24-48 hours.

Yes. We issue VAT invoices in line with Polish tax law. Invoices are sent electronically (PDF) to the email address given in the order and are also available in the B2B Panel, in the 'Documents' section.

Our production holds BRC Packaging Grade AA, FSC Chain of Custody, PEFC and SMETA certificates. For specific products we provide certificate sheets, declarations of compliance, batch documentation and the tests required for food contact.

All our packaging meets the requirements of EU Regulations 1935/2004 and EU 10/2011 (plastic materials). It undergoes regular overall and specific migration testing in accredited laboratories.

Yes. We work with certified FSC and PEFC raw materials and use paper solutions with PE Green and AQUA coatings. Details and documents are available on the Quality and responsibility page.

Yes - in practice, many of our packaging products and single-portion tableware items are used as single-use packaging in catering, the food industry, vending and distribution. In our main communication, however, we talk about packaging and single-portion tableware, because it better reflects the scope of Click-Pack production.

In offset technology we run up to 6 colours plus varnish in a single pass. In flexo printing we usually work with up to 4 colours. We match the colour range and finishing options to the product, the material and the order volume.

Paper cups: 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 500 ml (single and double-wall). PET cups: 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700 ml. PP cups for hot drinks: 200, 250, 300 ml. Non-standard capacities - made to order, with an MOQ of 100,000 pcs.

Pricing groups are discount levels granted on the basis of purchase volume, length of cooperation and customer category (distributor, chain, catering). The higher the group, the better the prices. The group is assigned by our sales department.

Yes. In your B2B account settings you can add users with different permissions - administrator (full access), buyer (places orders), accountant (access to invoices). This feature is available for accounts from the Standard group upwards.

Yes. We offer integrations with popular ERP systems via API (Comarch ERP XL, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, iScala, Enova, Subiekt GT). The integrations cover the product catalogue, price list, orders, invoices and delivery statuses.

The delivery cost depends on the weight and the destination. Parcel orders (up to 30 kg) are shipped by a domestic courier, while pallet deliveries are handled on individually agreed transport terms. For orders above a set value threshold, delivery within Poland is free of charge. Exact delivery terms are available in the B2B panel after logging in.

For parcels: DHL, DPD, GLS (chosen by the customer or suggested by the system). For pallets: InPost Paleta, Raben, DPD Palet and regional transport companies. For large volumes (over 5 pallets) - our own dedicated transport.

After dispatch: 1-2 working days within Poland, 2-5 days within the EU. You will receive the shipping notification and the consignment number by email and in the B2B Panel. Online tracking with the carrier is available.

Yes. Trade credit (deferred payment terms of 14, 30, 45 or 60 days) is granted individually after a financial credibility check (financial statements, credit bureau data, cooperation history). The credit limit depends on the scale of cooperation.

Yes. For a first order, the standard payment method is a bank transfer against a proforma invoice (3 days to pay, production starts once the payment is booked). After 3 successful transactions you can apply for trade credit.
